Introduction

SinoHawk Power Technology Co., Ltd. and Mianyang Xinchen Engine Co., LTD. have jointly established a Joint Laboratory Center, building a high-standard, full-process, high-precision engine test and validation system that complies with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017. The center is authorized to use CNAS and ILAC-MRA/CNAS accreditation marks, creating a one-stop test and validation platform covering engine components, complete engines, and powertrains, providing authoritative and reliable support for R&D.

The center covers a floor area of 2,100 m², with a technical team averaging 15 years of experience. It consists of four specialized groups, and its testing technologies have reached internationally advanced levels. The center holds national accreditation for 40 test items and can issue internationally recognized test reports. Equipped with world-class instruments from AVL, HORIBA, etc., it offers full-scenario testing capabilities including performance, durability, emissions, NVH, and combustion analysis. The test benches cover power outputs from 220 kW to 250 kW and speeds up to 10,000 rpm, simulating operating conditions from -20°C to 120°C to meet stringent validation requirements.

The center is capable of conducting full-scale engine tests and has established deep collaborations with international organizations such as BMW, IAV, AVL, FEV, and BOSCH. Its core test benches are recognized by BMW, and the center has also participated in the development of industry standards. Leveraging a complete validation system, it achieves a full-chain R&D loop from design → calibration → reliability → compliance testing, providing solid support for engine technology breakthroughs and mass production delivery.
